We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are delivered directly to the customer’s provided address at checkout.

2. Shipping Cost

• standard shipping fees (£3) on all UK orders

• No hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

• Orders are processed within 24 business hours.

• Processing days: Monday to Friday

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are usually processed the same working day

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day

4. Delivery Timeframes (UK)

Standard UK Delivery (Free)

• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

5. Order Tracking

All UK orders include tracking.

Once your order is dispatched:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email

• A tracking number and tracking link will be provided

• You may also receive delivery updates directly from the courier

We use reliable and trusted courier services, including:

• UPS (for selected shipments)

7. Delivery Information

• Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate

• Delivery instructions added at checkout are shared with the courier, but fulfillment cannot be guaranteed

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Order changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

• Dispatched orders are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy
