Vintage Traders – Returns & Refund Policy

At Vintage Traders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return a product and receive a refund or exchange.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

New, unused, and unworn
Unwashed
In original, unopened packaging
In the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery cannot be returned.

2. How to Return an Order

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at support@vintagetraders.uk within 30 days of delivery
We will provide a free UK return label (download & print)
Securely pack the item in its original packaging
Send the parcel back using the provided return label

Returns are accepted by mail only.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange a free return
You may choose between:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products.

Exchanges are subject to product availability
If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account
